Missed Showtimes & Punctuality

We do our best to accommodate you into the next available showing. However, seating is limited, and entry times are staggered — so please arrive early to guarantee the full experience.

Missed showtimes are non-refundable but may be transferable based on same-day seat availability.

If your cruise ship itinerary is modified, delayed, or canceled, please contact our box office as soon as possible with your booking confirmation number. Our team will work with you to reschedule into an alternate showtime or process your reservation in accordance with partner guidelines.
