They’ve experienced this type of immersive film around the world and knew it belonged here in Alaska. Not everyone has time to trek into the deep backcountry, ride a bush plane over glaciers, or brave whitewater rapids in remote valleys. SEAMAX brings all of that to you—right in downtown Ketchikan.

Meet the Director
Josiah Martin is a third-generation Alaskan and the founder of Martin Media. Born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula, he grew up flying in bush planes, mushing dogs, fishing remote rivers, and exploring Alaska's untamed landscapes.
After studying psychology and business marketing in college, Josiah turned his storytelling passion into a full-time filmmaking career. For over a decade, his lens has captured the true pulse of Alaska for tourism campaigns, commercial projects, and documentaries.
Edge of the Wild is his most ambitious project yet: a full-sensory experience created to move hearts, stir imaginations, and honor the land he calls home.
